markets. Due to continued demand, we are currently looking for experienced
sales professionals, from across the United States, to fill our geographic
sales territory (below):

JOB DESCRIPTION: K&K Interiors, Inc. offers an extremely competitive
compensation plan, car allowance, hotel per diem, bonus plans and paid corporate
travel.
REQUIREMENTS: K&K Interiors, Inc. Territory Account Managers are
responsible for taking an existing account base and growing the total sales
for each account. In addition, they are responsible for prospecting by type
of customer in a specific assigned geographic area and opening new accounts
each week. This includes developing relationships with accounts through
constant communication and support. Our award-winning showrooms at the
AmericasMart in Atlanta are the most beautiful in the industry and are
available for sales use on a daily basis. All Account Manager team members’
efforts must support the company's overall strategy and goals.
The Account Manager is expected to:
Work in the field exclusively representing the K&K Interiors product line
Using a “consultant” philosophy, work to grow existing customers in an
assigned geographic area
Cold call in an effort to open new accounts in an assigned geographic area
Be an expert with respect to the product lines at K&K Interiors
Develop product presentations for customers and prospects
Process orders using EMUNWorks software
Achieve daily/weekly/quarterly sales goals
Be self-motivated and passionate about product and customers
Live in the territory
Required experience and knowledge:
3-5 years sales experience in wholesale or retail
Experience in the giftware/home décor or fashion accessories industries
preferred, but not required.
It doesn’t hurt to have a flair for design, but being a strong closer is most
important
Experience as a Field sales person preferred, but not required
Demonstrated success working in a goal oriented environment
Demonstrated track record of sales success
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft software applications including Office
