| HiEnd Accents specializing in affordable luxury bedding, bath, accessories and gift is currently looking for a inside sales for our growing business. We currently supply many large retailers, boutique retailers, as well as designers in the industry and are actively expanding in this arena.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively make outbound sales calls to solicit new orders, up-sell existing orders, or provide sales support to accounts in your territories
• Handle inbound inquiries or sales calls
• Develop and manage sales leads by utilizing online, offline, marketing sources
• Develop new accounts by calling sales leads
• Maintain follow up records and record all account activities in the CRM system
• Meet daily calls requirements
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and objectives
• Participate in national trade shows and events 2-3 times per year and possibly the occasional trips to major clients
Requirements:
• Ability to work in a fast paced work environment is a must
• A positive attitude and are a team player
• Three plus years of sales or customer service
• Associates/ Bachelors Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel
• Inside sales experience in home textile, home decor, furniture or fashion industry is a plus
