This position provides office support to field Sales representatives in all stages of the sales process that includes but is not limited to: managing daily operational tasks, composing formal correspondence and reports, maintaining electronic databases, performing clerical duties like completing expense reports or sales proposals, and carrying out administrative tasks such as coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements.
The ideal candidate must possess a strong knowledge of technology and office operations, especially the Microsoft Office Suite. Many aspects of this job can be done remotely/from a home office, and as such the candidate needs to be self-motivated and highly driven.

-Experience in sales and customer service, with strong outdoor/apparel knowledge (preferred but not required)
-In-depth understanding of MS office programs as well as the ability to generate data from other computer systems used (i.e. order entry systems)
-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to relate well professionally with the rest of our team
-Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
-Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a multiple-priority, high-paced and demanding environment
