OneCoast is expanding our Inside Sales Team and will be adding three new Inside Sales Partners positions for our Mud Pie & Demdaco Sales Division. This individual will work from a home office.

The Inside Sales Partner performs a variety of tasks including writing orders for customers, follow-up on processed orders, documenting customer information, and responding to customer questions and requests. Responsible for selling products to retail businesses over the phone, via email and at shows.

Key Responsibilities
§ Calls on accounts in territories where the territory is vacant.
§ Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers, primarily by phone, to increase sales.
§ Handles outbound sales calls to prospects and customers to identify new sales opportunities.
§ Provides product overviews and presentations to qualified customers, as needed.
§ Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices and credit terms, and books orders for retail clients.
§ Builds and maintains customer relationships.
§ Enters customer data and other sales data into EMUN database.
§ Must be comfortable on the phone; strong phone presence required.
§ Able to make 50-60 calls daily and engage prospects in relevant discussion.
§ Achieve monthly goals.
§ Works with Territory Managers and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
§ Provides support to customers over the phone, particularly with new orders.
§ Promptly investigates and resolves customer concerns.
§ Travels to and attends trade shows, on an as needed basis.

Requirements
§ 3 years of experience in outside sales, inside sales, or customer service in retail or wholesale industry.
§ Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Internet, EMUN or other ordering processing software and/or CRM tools
§ Proven ability to identify and resolve problems quickly in a timely manner
§ Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations
§ Possesses outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
§ Must be self-starter with the ability to self-manage within guidelines given
§ Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not necessary
