Designer’s Patio is looking for a qualified Office Manager/Sales Assistant for our high volume to the trade showroom.

Responsibilities Include:

Assist sales staff with customer support

Welcome and greet customers

Manage daily paperwork, resale tax forms, inventory, and supplies

Maintain sales materials and showroom appearance

Follow all company policies and procedures



Job Requirements:

Proven working experience in customer service

Basic computer skills necessary including experience with Excel and Microsoft

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality

Flexibility to do different tasks and ability to be friendly and polite, even when tired, or under pressure
