We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a successful record of managing B2C marketing efforts, including - email marketing, social media growth (both paid and organic), planning, and best practices to target and engage customers that ultimately drive business growth. This position reports to the Senior Manager of eCommerce / Digital Marketing. Responsibilities: • Ownership of weekly B2C and B2B outbound email promotions • Create and own the digital marketing calendar • Be the day-to-day steward of paid social media campaigns and communicate status, results, and timelines • Responsible for leading campaign development, activation and innovation • Analyze and develop segmentation and targeting strategies based on audience opportunity sizes, attributes, and first party data • Collaborate and work closely with other subject matter experts as needed across paid search and display, as well as non-paid channels like SEO to maximize overall business result Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant degree • Retail lead generation experience required • 2+ years of experience managing affiliate partner management • 2+ years of experience managing social media programs – growth and conversion • 2+ years of content creation – articles, blogs • 2+ years of running email marketing campaigns • Working knowledge of SEO best practices • Working knowledge of industry performance metrics • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Omnisend (or other ESPs) • Proven ability to optimize campaigns to KPIs, while demonstrating agility to adapt to modified • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced (and fun!) work environment Knowledge • Deep knowledge of digital marketing best practices • Knowledge of principles and methods of brand building, advertising, promoting and selling products or services, including marketing strategy and tactics • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge of image editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Spark, etc is a plus Abilities • Customer-centric brand steward • Passionate about the category, marketing and digital • High energy with a keen sense of urgency and drive to perform/deliver • Relentless learner with a desire to try innovative approaches • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be resourceful and adaptable • Strong communicator • Excellent organization skills with extreme attention to detail • Capable of proactively managing multiple projects at various stages of completion and quickly shifting priorities as needed • Self-starter, confident and proactive • Strategic thinker and curious • Collaborative and flexible |
