Our customer base includes department stores, furniture chains, and online retailers such as Amazon, Wayfair, Nebraska Furniture Market, Bed Bath and Beyond, Macy's and etc.

Job Responsibilities

Customer service team member would work under Sales team and work with operations as needed based on job description.

· Answer phones, re-route to appropriate department as needed

· Handle customer inquiries and requests such as order status, inventory availability, product information, order tracking, catalog request, pricing etc.

· Order entry as needed

· Handle customer service issues and provide appropriate solutions while following company policies and guidelines

· Issue RMA and track returns, interact with customers and be proactive with solution solving

· Monitor and manage Backorders, updating customers as needed with timelines and solutions of product options if necessary. Follow up consistently with any timing changes.

· Confirm/verify email and fax orders with customers

· Communicate customer services issues to management

· Work closely with the sales team on best practices, rep support when needed, communicate any current promotions or special events to applicable accounts and continuous communication with sales managers on any situations that might occur

· Support during trade show time, this might include set –up, sales on the showroom floor and support to the sales team

· Create customer service tickets and record all related activities into SAP system

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements

· Pleasant phone voice and manner

· Customer focus attitude, result-driven

· Excellent written and communication skills via email

· Reliable and detailed oriented

· Excellent customer relationship skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)

· Home fashion knowledge is a plus

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
