 We are a fast-growing startup company in Dallas, Texas. We are a design-focused business looking for a great candidate to support the office/sales day to to day operations. Heavy Emphasis on administrative work, customer care and sales support. 40 hours per week. 9 to 5.

RESPONSIBILITIES

-Pull customer orders from various portals
-Process and submit orders to logistics for shipping (domestic and international)
-Pull weekly sales reports from various portals
-Answer incoming customer service calls and emails
-Complete new item/vendor forms for national and wholesale accounts
-Track and maintain inventory count in our various distribution locations
-Follow up with incoming leads to establish new wholesale accounts
-Calling customers to confirm shipping info, credit card info, etc.
-Manage email merges and marketing blasts via CRM system
-Manage shipping for sample requests
-Order supplies
-Take various other projects to completion as needed

COMPETENCIES

-Proficient in Excel, Word
-Excellent customer service skills; friendly and upbeat demeanor on the phone
-Precise attention to detail
-Can work independently and autonomously
-Must be punctual and dependable

EXPERIENCE

Office Management and/or wholesale experience preferred

EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree preferred

*Local Dallas candidates only. Position based in our office in the Park Lane area.
