Answers incoming calls in the call center relating to air, hotel and registration
Assist with new registration on line queue as needed
Works and processes incoming registration mail and faxes
Works Travel Booths or Registration desk during markets
Process online hotel bookings
Process ticket exchanges as necessary
Assist in maintaining the travel and registration web pages on DMC website
Assist with Temporary Exhibitor travel solicitation
Book and modify hotel reservation in Sabre or hotel links
Coordinates all group travel for exhibitors and buyers
Works on various telemarketing projects as assigned
Assist with switch board when necessary
Additional special projects or tasks as deemed necessary
Assist with booking the online hotel Queue
Assist in reconciling hotel commission spreadsheets
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Office Environment - Ability to sit for majority of work shift
Lift up to 20 lbs.
