Position Summary: The Creative Director works closely with the EVP Marketing on branding and developing the creative vision for DMC’s marketing concepts across all platforms. They oversee the creative process and executions for corporate branding, trade event branding, and individual projects. They provide guidance to the graphic designers and are responsible for the work produced by the creative team.

Position Description:

Manage the creative process from concept to completion

Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies

Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral

Work with content team to ensure messaging and creative are in sync

Ensure visual and brand standards are developed and maintained

Oversee deliverables, timelines and budgets

Lead creative presentations to a variety of audiences including upper management to explain campaign strategies and solutions

Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative team

Hire, train and manage creative team as well as any outside resources

Positions Supervised:

 Senior Graphic Designer, Junior Graphic Designer, Traffic Coordinator

Required Education:

 Bachelor’s Degree in the Creative field, Strong understanding of industry trends and Creative Tools including Adobe Creative Suite, intimate understanding of design, copy and web best practices/guidelines

Required Experience:

 8-10 years
