150 Showrooms Debuting This January in Dallas
—Across multiple floors and trade events new companies and iconic brands participating—
Dallas Market Center hosts multiple events in January 2021 following summer and fall activities that were the most successful in the U.S., with strong attendance and confident order writing. Buyers from 47 states attended recent trade events in Dallas, including more new buyers from coast to coast.

Highlights of the showroom additions for Total Home & Gift Market include:
Diverse Marketing (WTC 439, 421) has dramatically expanded into adjacent space on the atrium. The toy, gift and sport showroom represents dozens of lines including Fat Brain Toy Co., Funko, HearthSong, Schylling, PopSockets, SuckUK, and others.
Todd Smith and Charlie Groppetti, the visionaries behind the farmhouse style, are debuting a new showroom called Porch View (WTC 280). The brand offers home furnishings and accessories in a relaxed, casual aesthetic.
Minka Group debuts a massive new showroom on the fourth floor of the Trade Mart (4103). All of its brands will be located in a single location, including Minka-Lavery, Minka-Aire, Metropolitan Lighting Fixture Co., and George Kovacs.
Z-Lite has expanded its showroom, TM 4600. Since 1987, Z-Lite has been creating a beautiful array of quality interior and exterior residential lighting--all beautifully designed to suit a wide range of styles, from traditional to contemporary.

For 58 years, Regency International (WTC 268) has supplied retailers, garden centers, florists, and designers with home décor, accessories, and gifts. Park Hill Collection has new space for discovery (WTC 333, 321). The company brings together objects that spark feelings of nostalgia and inspire you to create a welcoming environment through carefully curated collections. Many are exclusive antique reproductions, others are exciting contemporary finds, but all of their products are designed to create inviting living spaces with an emphasis on making a personal statement all your own.
Design integrity. Quality craftsmanship. Ratana (IHDC 1D103) adds square footage to showcase their impressive array of outdoor furniture from contemporary to traditional.
The Factory 231 (WTC 13610) was founded by two Colombian designers who have been around art all their lives. Aleja Avila launched leather handbags full of vibrant colors and fine leathers with prints and textures that demonstrate the versatility of fashion and culture. Juan Felipe is a watchmaker who mixes innovative materials such as woods, preserved flowers, concrete, leather and recycled materials into stylish designs.
Garden Age Supply (WTC 394) is relocating and expanding. Their production site lies in West Java, Indonesia, where the local village residents use materials such as reclaimed wood, driftwood, lava and natural river stones, recycled glass, bamboo roots, and a variety of other sustainable materials to create totally unique designs.
More space for Zaer Ltd. International (WTC 394), the destination for unique garden and home decor products, all designed and manufactured with special care by highly skilled craftsmen.
Lucas + McKearn—a partnership between Joe McKearn of Flambeau Lighting of New Orleans and Jonathan and Deborah Lucas, the team behind 50-years-running UK company Elstead Lighting—is opening a new showroom in TM 4432.19 to showcase lighting and accessories.
Saro Trading Company has been creating handmade decorative lace accessories since 1981, and has built a thriving brand that encompasses everything from table linens to tableware, home décor, bedding, fashion accessories, holiday items, and more, now in an expanded space in IHDC 2F446.
Shima Shanti has arrived in The Gallery (IHDC 1D202). Founding artist Shima experiments with beeswax and fire to create impressionistic paintings of sky and sea.
P A Home is expanding in order to make room for its home accents, mirrors, and framed art. Visit them in WTC 523 and 584.
ELLAHOME is relocating to a new space in The Gallery (IHDC 1D202) for displaying lighting, accessories, and furniture collections, including a large selection of iron tables.
Forty West Designs, a family-owned and operated company that specializes in designing and selling lamps, upholstery, and home décor to worldwide retailers, is relocating to a new showroom in WTC 10010.
A full list of all new, expanded, and relocated showrooms will be printed in the winter edition of Spark magazine, arriving to more than 50,000 buyers in the coming weeks.
In addition to the permanent showrooms, a full marketplace of Temps will be presented in January. The Temps at Total Home & Gift Market (January 6-9) will present hundreds of new and returning exhibitors. Buyers will explore four Temps neighborhoods: Trade Mart 1 will feature Luxe Gift Temps; on WTC 12 will be Gift, Home & Design Temps; on WTC 13 will be Apparel & Fashion Accessories; and in Market Hall will be Vintage Home & Décor, Antiques, Cash & carry, and Artisan Cash & Carry.
Supporting the comfort, health and safety of all attendees, the market center continues measures that began earlier in the summer and will remain in place for the foreseeable future. Those protocols include mandatory face covering and temperature screening for every person entering the marketplace every day. Other efforts included low contact entry via the Market FastPass, which saw a dramatic adoption in the summer, as well as enhanced cleaning with hospital grade products, hundreds of hand sanitizing stations, limited food service, no gatherings, and signage for social distancing. Along with these new steps, there are safety measures that are part of the design of the marketplace: open parking, large entryways, quick registration in multiple areas, wide hallways, multiple escalators, and showrooms with controlled access to allow for the appropriate distance between customers.
Dallas is first in January with Total Home & Gift Market taking place January 6-12 and Temps January 6-9; Lightovation takes place January 7-10; Apparel & Accessories Market takes place January 12-15; KidsWorld January 12-15; the Dallas premiere of the largest Western and English trade events: WESA’s International Western/English Apparel & Equipment Trade Show plus AETA International Trade Show take place January 14-17; and Dallas Men’s Show takes place January 31-February 2.
