Dallas Market Center Announces enLIGHTenment as Exclusive 2018 Market Choice Awards Sponsor


—Program honoring growing number of top summer products to have media partner for its fifth year—
 

DALLAS – September 11, 2017 – Dallas Market Center, home of the twice yearly Lightovation: Dallas International Lighting Show, has named enLIGHTenment magazine as the exclusive media partner for the fifth annual Market Choice Awards. The awards will honor top product introductions from the June 20-23, 2018 edition of the show, which attracts leading lighting retailers from around the world.

All Lightovation exhibitors will be eligible to submit one new product for the awards in each of six categories: Bath, Ceiling Fans, Chandeliers & Pendants, Outdoor, Portable Lamps, and Technology. Entries must be new for the June 2018 edition of Lightovation.
 
Participating exhibitors will receive high-profile exposure before, during, and after the show, including coverage reaching enLIGHTenment magazine’s industry-leading circulation serving the decorative lighting marketplace.

A call for entries for the 2018 Market Choice Awards will take place in March 2018 and submissions will be accepted through April 13. Since each entry requires a high-quality product photo, it is recommended that eligible exhibitors plan accordingly to enable their new products to be prominently showcased.

Online voting for the Market Choice Awards will launch ahead of the show in June, with winners announced during Lightovation.
For the 2017 Market Choice Awards, 49 Lightovation exhibitors submitted over 100 products. The six winners were Grant from Savoy House (Bath), Kona from Savoy House (Ceiling Fans), Heywood from

Hinkley Lighting (Chandeliers & Pendants), Beckett from Hinkley Lighting (Outdoor), South Hope Portable Bluetooth Outdoor LED Lanterns from Kichler (Portable Lamps), and Aether Color-Changing Shallow Housing Downlight from WAC Lighting (Technology).
