New Lines, Returning Top Brands, an Inspiring Trend Event and More at Dallas Apparel & Accessories Market

DALLAS – December 19, 2019 – Dallas Market Center, the only lifestyle marketplace in North America and the center of style from both coasts, announces exclusive details for the upcoming Apparel & Accessories Market, January 14-18. The market will present retail buyers an inspiring look into styles for the Spring/ Summer 2020 season, along with new must-have lines, returning top brands, and an exciting trend event.

The marketplace will present more than 1 million square feet of apparel and accessories in permanent showrooms and temporary space including a full range of categories and price points.

Among the new apparel and accessories lines debuting in the Temps neighborhoods, located on the 12th and 13th floors of the World Trade Center, are: Fresh Produce, Kozan, Julie Vos, Kinsley Armelle, and The Sawa Shop. Returning apparel brands on the sold-out 12th floor include Entro, Listicle, Umgee, and Wishlist Apparel anchoring more than 250,000 square feet of temporary resources.

Footwear continues to grow inside the Dallas marketplace, now one of the largest presentation in the U.S., with new lines debuting at January Market such as Birkenstock, Børn Footwear, EMU Australia, Lemon Jelly, and others.

As demand grows for plus-size collections, the number of resources in Dallas has expanded to include Andree By Unit, Crazy Train Clothing, Double D Ranch, Foxcroft, Grace in LA Denim, and She + Sky.

“January is the must-attend event for busy buyers to discover on-trend styles at all price points,” says Cindy Morris, Dallas Market Center President and CEO. “Only in Dallas will retailers be able to source best-sellers along with new brands and even new product categories to help make their stores a destination.”

The January event will also feature enhancements across the 13th floor including new and expanded showrooms and amenities including a mini food truck, a Beauty Bar, and a Snap and Share Photo Box. Buyers are also able to source popular beauty and wellness products in Shine, the exclusive pop-up on the 13th floor. Exhibitors include: Hotline Hair Ties, No Crap In It, Rocca Socks, Sofie + Peri, Tigerlillies Soap Emporium, and Wild Child Lash Co. One floor up on the 14th floor the marketplace is expanding its western resources and women’s apparel, accessories and footwear lines with 35+ open permanent showrooms in advance of the 2021 debut of WESA shows in Dallas. And the 15th floor will host a Brow Bar and a new Pop-Up Fashion Show featuring looks from the recently relocated contemporary apparel showrooms.

In addition to the thousands of emerging and established wholesale women’s brands, Dallas Market Center will host an interactive trend display. Buyers will be able to explore patterns, textures and colors as they come to life inside Fashion Inspiration Stations in the atrium of the World Trade Center, and a $500 Market Cash drawing will be held to be spent inside the marketplace. Hospitality will also be provided such as daily complimentary Starbucks, market orientation tours, and a buyers’ lounge for relaxation.
