–Western and English Marketplace at Dallas Market Center continues to grow–

DALLAS – October 12, 2020 – Dallas Market Center is excited to announce two additional showrooms, Serratelli Hats and R. Watson Boots, as well as the expansion of the Bed Stu showroom into larger space.

“These additions and expansions are in sync with a Dallas momentum that is extremely exciting,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO. “Following successful summer trade events attracting buyers from 40 states we are building toward the January launch of the world’s largest marketplace for Western and English brands. We are thrilled to count these brands among our family of exhibitors.”

Serratelli Hats, passed down through four generations of hat makers, has served as a supplier for some of the top names in the western industry and now produces one of the most popular high-end collections of its own.

“Serratelli Hat Company is proud to announce the opening of our new permanent showroom at Dallas Market Center,” says CEO Dean Serratelli. “Family owned and operated since 1878, Serratelli Hat Company makes the highest quality western hats on the market. With the expansion of its Western collections and the relocation of the WESA show, we’re excited to open up a permanent shop at the Dallas Market Center this year. Our showroom at DMC lets us bring our high quality Western hats, made in the U.S.A, to the marketplace.” The showroom is located at WTC 14933.

Randy Watson is a bootmaker who has likewise been instrumental in building some of the largest brands in the business. He’s now bringing his four decades of experience and refined style together in his self-titled private label, R. Watson Boots.

“R. Watson Boots is a collaboration of folks who appreciate and believe in making authentic, beautiful western footwear, and we look forward to introducing our collection to the Dallas Market Center,” says owner Randy Watson. “As a native Texan, I couldn’t be happier to see WESA come to Dallas, and I can’t wait to show the world what we have in store.” R. Watson is located in WTC 14010.
Also in the footwear business, Bed Stu is a brand with a style all its own. Originally inspired by the streets of Bedford Stuyvesant, New York, its handcrafted collection of rugged yet edgy vegetable-tanned leather goods includes everything from classic harness boots to trendy platform sandals, all with artisan finishes, that have proved popular among both contemporary and western buyers. Having recently celebrated it 25th anniversary, Bed Stu is now moving to a larger space in WTC 14456.

“Dallas Market Center has proven to be a perfect fit for Bed Stu, and we are excited to unveil the new showroom, where more space allows us to better display our expanding collection of ethically handcrafted designs,” says Jason Wiese, VP of Sales at Bed Stu. As DMC continues to grow, Bed Stu will grow with it.”

In addition to its longstanding Total Home + Gift and Apparel & Accessories markets, Dallas Market Center is the new home of the WESA’s annual International Western/English Apparel & Equipment Markets and features hundreds of Western lifestyle brands serving retail buyers from across the U.S. and internationally. In fact, no other marketplace in the world attracts more buyers seeking Western and Western-inspired products.
