● Minimum of 1 – 3 years of working experience ● Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative ● Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening ● Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries ● Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction ● Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters ● Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products ● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication ● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits ● Inform customer of deals and promotions ● Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies ● Take the extra mile to engage customers ● Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel ● Multi-faceted, detail-oriented, & highly organized individual ● Organized, attention to detail and able to meet deadlines ● Bilingual in Spanish and English Preferred ● Excellent communication and presentation skills ※Legally eligible to work in U.S |
