As an AR/AP Specialist with Synergy Marketplace, your primary focus is the successful payment of our vendors and lines we represent and assist in the satisfactory fulfillment of our fiduciary obligations. Secondary to this, you'll assist in the reconciliation, record keeping and financial analysis of all AR and AP transactions. This position is the first in our newly established Finance Operations Team and has opportunity for growth.
-Locate customer and vendor contracts and invoices
-Input and evaluate customer orders for commission calculations
-Respond to vendor and customer billing-related queries by email or phone
-Conduct various forecasting, variance analysis, and operational analysis
-Understand the customer order process from payment to commission collection
-Develop and fine-tune our AP workflow from purchase requisition to reconciliation
-Evaluate customer post audits as needed
-Collaborate with senior management to prepare and analyze financial statements
-Audit, interpret and communicate budget variability
-Assist in reconciliation and close of revenue accounts each month
-Track company credit card spending and ensure timely payments to credit accounts
This position is targeted between $14.50-$19.23 per hour for candidates based on experience and location. All employees (including part-time and seasonal) are eligible for 14 days of PTO.
