By Together is currently seeking an individual that fits our E-Commerce Customer Service Representative position in our brand new office in Los Angeles, California, who is willing to help our online sales team manage clients and fulfill satisfaction for all buyers in collective efforts to increase brand awareness and sales.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Must be able to multitask (and prioritize)
-Intermediate proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, etc. preferred


Job Responsibilities:
-Identify clients' needs to achieve satisfaction offering proper solutions
-Must learn how the online order system works and how it is managed to find appropriate resolutions for unpredictable situations
-Must keep record of client interactions and follow up with clients
-Communicate with the Online Sales Dept. to improve client support
-Help manage website traffic and engagement
