The Role:
A sales rep interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They are responsible for identifying a customer’s needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. This is a contract sales rep 1099 position.

We are looking for sales representatives in the following states: West Virginia, Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Washington, Oregon, Arkansas, Hawaii

Responsibilities:
Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories
Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
Negotiate with leads and use persuasion techniques to overcome objections and landing deals that are beneficial to the company, while also providing customers with optimal value.
Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
Experience in sales, gifting/specialty channel.
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
A commitment to excellent customer service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Competency in microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.
Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
