HiEnd Accents is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help us manage accounts across the country. As our Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of the sales team responsible for starting, building, and maintaining relationships with our customers and soon-to-be customers.

Note: The Inside Sales position will require some travel, including major markets about 4 times per year, with some weekends during the markets, and occasional client visits throughout the US.
Job Responsibilities
* Proactively make outbound calls to existing customer base for new product introduction, upsell/cross-sell on existing order and reorder reminders
* Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls & emails
* Meet agreed-upon monthly sales goals
* Handle inbound customer inquiries or sales calls
* Represent and communicate our philosophies and our values to our customers
* Assist at periodic tradeshows, including shows in our Dallas Market Center showroom and our other national showrooms (Las Vegas and High Point); help schedule appointments with customers in advance of these tradeshows and make other preparations.
* Develop and manage sales leads by utilizing online, offline, marketing sources
* Interact with customers – inquiries, pricing, purchasing, order status, etc.
* Maintain customer records and information in our ERP system (SAP) and CRM
Job Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in related field; 4+ years of experience in a customer service or inside sales / telesales role can substitute for degree requirement
* 2 years of inside sales / telesales experience, preferably in the Home Fashions, Gift, Furniture or Fashion industries
* Excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills.
* An excitement level that influences others
* Proficient with MS Excel and Word; experience with ERP systems (specifically SAP) a plus
* Fluent in MS Office; willing to learn new technologies and tools to make you more efficient at the job
* A passion for customers and problem-solving
* Excellent interpersonal skills, a high degree of reliability, commitment, tenacity, teamwork and creative energy to achieve success
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a customer-facing capacity
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; strong attention to detail and ability to multitask without losing focus
* Eager to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* A motivated self-starter, with the ability to identify issues and resolve problems independently, and a desire to find opportunities to improve our processes
* A willingness to make profit happen, both for you and the company
