Account Manager BuDhaGirl is looking for an experienced Account Manager to add to the Retail Partnership Team. As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining existing accounts while developing sustainable partnerships with new accounts. *Note: This position does require some travel and is not limited to weekdays. We currently travel to 3 trade shows per year and cover local trade shows 7 times a year. Job Responsibilities: - Maintain and grow assigned retail partners’ accounts - Strategize with the Retail Partner Manager on ways to maximize sales - Provide support and excellent customer service to our partners - Work trade shows - Travel to store visits, trunk shows, and pop-ups - Client development - Coordinate with the Retail Partnership Team to ensure sales goals are met and company standards are being upheld - Accurately input account information into systems - Place orders using Shopify - Prospecting for ideal new retail partners Job Requirements: - Understanding of the sales process and dynamics - Experience with CRM software and Shopify - Ability to travel - Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel and Outlook - Positive, hard worker with the eagerness to learn and grow - Preexisting industry and retail partner relationships - Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written - Ability to take initiative, multitask, prioritize, research, and manage time efficiently Hours: Primarily Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm with occasional evening and weekend needs Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits: - Dental insurance
