BuDhaGirl, a lifestyle brand that creates wellbeing by combining contemplative practice validated by science with incredibly glamorous fashion, is looking for a full-time operations assistant for our retail partners department. Applicants must be interested in luxury brands, and current trends in fashion and jewelry. Must be able to travel, lift heavy boxes and be self motivated. Must be EXTREMELY organized, be highly aware of deadlines, and have an upbeat, high energy personality. Timeliness and an understanding of deliberate follow-up are critical. Applicants with wholesale apparel or jewelry experience are preferred. Prior use of Customer Relations Management (CRM) software desired. The primary responsibilities include being a front facing representative of BuDhaGirl for telephone, online and in person interactions with our retail partners. General sales administration duties such as invoicing, filing, data entry of clients into systems, and processing of payments are a critical part of this role. Trade show support in preparation, packing, setup and breakdown, attendance at tradeshows to assist team as needed. Co-ordination with fulfillment team to ensure orders are sent timely and accurately to wholesale accounts. Further you will work actively with executive management, the Company’s sales consultants, to achieve Company objectives.
