We are looking for a full time employee available between: M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
We at Kenze Panne are looking to hire a friendly, highly motivated individual with a strong passion for fashion. The Sales Associate role is an integral part of the store’s overall success and efficiency: demanding direct attention and commitment when servicing our customers, driving results, while building genuine customer relationships all while strategizing partnership with the management team.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Engaging with customers
• Highlighting promotions
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Managing inventory
• Carrying out transactions using our POS system
• Guiding customers through the buying process
• Tagging and unboxing product
• Visual Merchandising and maintaining floor appearance
• Keeping stock rooms organized and clean
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience, preferably in a retail service environment. Possesses current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace while multitasking. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team. Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room; climbing, bending, and kneeling are required. Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 30 pounds to process product shipment/transfers |
