Position Summary: To create and manage strategies and tactics for all aspects of marketing supporting the prospecting of permanent and temporary exhibitors. This position leads a variety of marketing campaigns and activities to drive awareness, generate new leads/prospects, and advance existing opportunities for the Leasing team within specific, targeted industries, events, and contacts. This position works closely with the Marketing and Leasing teams to create and drive multi-channel marketing campaigns. Deliverables for this position include the execution of quick-turnaround tasks and projects as well as the planning, project management, and reporting on an integrated marketing funnel that meets company pipeline goals and revenue growth.

Position Description:

  • Develop marketing plans that support and guide the goals and objectives for exhibitor prospecting and delivery
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership and Leasing to understand demand generation trends and expectations for areas of prospecting growth
  • Work closely with team members and Leasing stakeholders to develop and execute integrated prospecting campaigns that may include email marketing, webinars, printed pieces, and content marketing to increase pipeline and accelerate the customer journey
  • Collaborate with content and creative personnel to develop creative campaign assets and successful integrated campaigns
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to identify audience and define key messaging and timeline
  • Creating, testing, and deploying emails through Salesforce/Pardot for both marketing and exhibitor communications
  • Build key campaign assets and content, which may include landing pages and microsites, email communications, social content, one-pagers, brochures, presentations
  • Manage aggressive project timelines, ensuring that all activities occur as planned and that campaigns are executed on time, including scheduling, design, production, and distribution
  • Test, measure, and optimize campaigns through various techniques including A/B testing, personalization, creative, timing, and targeting
  • Track and analyze campaign results, measure program success, and report metrics. Recommend improvements based on results.
  • Partner with Creative and Marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign messaging and visuals adhere to brand guidelines
  • Track the market and our marketplace for trends, opportunities, industry tactics, best practices, and use that information to make campaign and content recommendations
  • Identify and analyze competitor techniques, as well as benchmarking our organization performance against competitors
  • Work collaboratively to track and analyze campaign impact and success through funnel dynamics, campaign expansion and optimizations, analysis, and testing
  • Consult with Leasing team on how best to use marketing materials appropriately prior to campaign launches with periodic check-ins throughout campaign to ensure consistent messaging
  • Collaborate with SVP on managing and tracking campaign budgets
  • Develop relationships with company leaders and customer leaders in order to serve as a valued business advisor in leading the prospecting strategy, programs, budgets, and assets
  • Serve as main point of contact for prospecting-related marketing projects and initiatives
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in related field

Required Experience:

  • 5-7 years of marketing management experience
  • B2B experience a plus
  • Experience with Marketing automation platforms like Pardot and/or HubSpot
  • Experience with Salesforce/Pardot a plus
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer experience and service

Physical Requirements:

  • Office Environment- Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift
  • Periodic travel may be a requirement of this position
