DALLAS – July 28, 2020 – As the leading Western and English lifestyle marketplace and home to WESA’s International Western/English Apparel & Equipment Markets beginning in 2021, Dallas Market Center is excited to announce that Texas True Threads and BEX Sunglasses will each open permanent showrooms on the 14th floor of the World Trade Center, joining the growing number of Western and English collections represented in Dallas.
Opening August 1, Texas True Threads is collection of graphic tees and apparel born in the Texas Panhandle. The business is owned and operated by Chad and Mendy Riggins, both born and raised in Spearman, Texas, who wanted to create a line with Lone Star State personality. Priding itself on top-notch customer service, Texas True Threads offers customers some of the most original and fashion-forward tee designs on the market.
“We’ve built our business in small-town Texas and are excited to bring more exposure to our growing brand with a showroom in Dallas,” said Chad Riggins, Managing Partner. “A permanent space gives our company the best opportunity to reach new buyers from across the country.”
BEX Sunglasses, opening its doors on October 1, is one of the leading eyewear brands in the world, setting the professional standard in lightweight eyewear design. Chosen by customers for their superior comfort, durability, and affordability, BEX Sunglasses are worn by cowboys and cowgirls across the West, as well as some of the biggest names in rodeo. With its continued success as one of the fastest growing eyewear companies, BEX has expanded to also include apparel and accessories, offering men’s and women’s product lines that appeal to rugged and active lifestyles.
“We are thrilled to be joining the growing western community and partnering with Dallas Market Center,” said Jason Adams, President. “This new showroom will give our company the opportunity to offer our men’s and women’s product lines to more performance, outdoor active, and lifestyle consumers than ever before.”
Dallas Market Center features hundreds of Western and English lifestyle brands serving retail buyers from across the U.S. and internationally. In fact, no other marketplace in the world attracts more buyers seeking western, English and equestrian-inspired products.
“As we continue to grow our marketplace and create an unmatched destination featuring so many of the leading brands across every major category of products, the addition of both BEX Sunglasses and Texas True Threads further extends that leadership position,” said Cindy Morris, president and CEO of Dallas Market Center. “We are excited to count them among the permanent showrooms and we will proudly support their ongoing success.”
