Inside Sales Specialist: Entry Level * Monday – Friday and one Saturday per month – 40 hours per week (some over time may be necessary)
Job Description: Ivy Jane is a women's apparel company headquartered in Dallas, TX. As part of the Ivy Jane & Uncle Frank team we focus on strengthening our relationship with our Specialty Store Customers and to enhance future selling opportunities. We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and result driven individual for an Inside Sales position which combines Customer Sales as well as Operations and Account Management. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) managing and maintaining existing customer relationships as well as helping to grow sales by communicating with customers via telephone and email. We are also looking for someone with marketing and social media knowledge that is can help grow our brand.
Responsibilities (continued): 1.) Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing outstanding customer service and staying in constant commuication to help assist customers and make sure all their needs are met.. 2.) Data entry including orders, customer information, and other various forms of records. 3.) Assist with miscellaneous projects and duties to support fellow Ivy Jane team members such as Shipping and Accounting. 4.) Maintain social media forums and help with marketing of brands. 5.) Maintain a positive and productive attitude.
Qualifications: 0-5 years’ experience in customer service and/or inside sales, demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving, able to provide territory management, be action orientated, and must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must also be proficient with computers and social media sites. Also must be able to be on time to work and all other prescheduled events.
