Dallas Market Center is looking for a Sr Collector to join our team! You will be responsible for payment collection from DMC tenants and reconcile balances as needed.
Position Description:
- Effectively performs collections for permanent showroom revenue
- Conducts intensive collection efforts prior to and during markets
- Conducts monthly meetings with executives regarding status of past due tenants
- Accurately reconciles account balances for customers
- Resolves disputed accounts with customers in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining good customer relations
- Monthly review and mailing of tenant statements
- On-going review of tenant aging including written updates of account status
- Ad hoc analysis as required
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Required Experience:
- 5 years of collections experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Experience with Oracle R12 is a plus
Physical Requirements:
- Office Environment- Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift
