Sr Collector

Dallas Market Center is looking for a Sr Collector to join our team! You will be responsible for payment collection from DMC tenants and reconcile balances as needed.

Position Description:

  • Effectively performs collections for permanent showroom revenue
  • Conducts intensive collection efforts prior to and during markets
  • Conducts monthly meetings with executives regarding status of past due tenants
  • Accurately reconciles account balances for customers
  • Resolves disputed accounts with customers in an accurate and timely manner while maintaining good customer relations
  • Monthly review and mailing of tenant statements
  • On-going review of tenant aging including written updates of account status
  • Ad hoc analysis as required
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

  • 5 years of collections experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience with Oracle R12 is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Office Environment- Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift
