Facility Services Technician - 2nd Shift Lead

Position Summary: Manages Building Services staff to ensure timely completion of work orders and overall cleanliness of the property.

Position Description:

  • Ensures all departmental work orders are completed in an efficient and timely manner
  • Works effectively with Facility Services Technicians on keeping public space routinely cleaned
  • Administers distribution of janitorial supplies and equipment to market temporary staff
  • Assists with proper training of new associates
  • Assists the Building Services Manager as necessary
  • Other related duties as assigned

Position Supervised:

  • Facility Services Technicians I and II (2nd Shift)

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

  • Previous custodial experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Walk and stand for vast majority of shift
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
