What You’ll Do
Advertising & Sales
- Sell advertising across print, digital, sponsorships, and web‐based platforms.
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of loyal clients, while actively pursuing new business.
- Engage with customers via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in‐person interactions.
- Present tailored advertising solutions that help clients elevate their visibility and reach.
Client Communication & Support
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers.
- Manage all correspondence, including email, voicemail, and traditional mail.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong, ongoing client relationships.
Production & Quality Control
- Create and distribute sales and billing materials.
- Proof advertising content to ensure it meets design and copy standards.
- Prepare and approve invoices; assist with payment collection as needed.
- Produce weekly sales reports and maintain quality control across all advertising sales.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of professional sales experience; advertising sales experience strongly preferred.
- A hunter‐style growth mindset with a proven ability to expand accounts and drive new revenue.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency, increase profitability, and build strong client partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
