The Role You’ll own a book of wholesale accounts and prospects—driving new business, growing reorders, and keeping every touchpoint crisp. You’ll use phone, email, and CRM daily, plus social media to create demand, support live selling, and keep retailers engaged. You’ll also collaborate with outside reps and operations to turn interest into clean, on-time orders.

What you’ll do

Manage and grow assigned territories via phone, email, and virtual demos.

Build relationships with boutique owners; recommend the right product mix by season and trend.

Drive new account acquisition and consistent reorders; hit monthly/quarterly targets.

Use social platforms (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok) to engage retailers, promote collections, and support live selling.

Track pipeline, activity, and follow-ups in CRM; keep data accurate .

Partner with outside reps and Operations to ensure smooth quotes, order entry, confirmations, and deliveries.

Support line launches, promos, and market-week pushes; assist during lives/digital promotions as needed.

Attend select trade shows/market events to meet accounts and present the line.

What you’ll bring

Strong communication and relationship-building chops; you listen first and close second.

Comfortable selling by phone/video; confident presenting product and value.

Social media savvy for business—basic content skills and a feel for what gets engagement.

Highly organized, follow-through machine; you live in your task list and CRM.

Competitive, coachable, and resilient; goals motivate you, not scare you.

Wholesale, retail, or fashion sales experience preferred (not required).

Nice to have

Experience with boutique wholesale, B2B platforms, or live selling support.

Familiarity with basic Excel/Google Sheets, order entry systems, and CRM workflows.

Schedule & location

Full-time, onsite in North Little Rock, AR. Some seasonal travel for markets/tradeshows.
