What You'll Do
As a Fashion Sales & Boutique Success Specialist, you'll become the go-to partner for boutique owners across the country. Your job isn't simply taking orders—it's helping retailers build successful collections, discover emerging trends, and grow their businesses.
You'll:
-Build lasting relationships with boutique owners through phone, email, text, video calls, and social media. -Help customers select the right products based on current fashion trends, seasonality, and what sells. -Grow an existing territory while developing new boutique partnerships. -Stay ahead of what's trending in footwear, fashion, and boutique retail. -Use Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to connect with retailers, showcase new arrivals, and support Live Selling events. -Collaborate with our Outside Sales and Operations teams to create an outstanding customer experience from first conversation to final shipment. -Track opportunities and customer interactions in our CRM. -Support exciting product launches, promotions, and market events throughout the year. -Attend select trade shows and fashion markets to showcase our newest collections.

Previous sales experience is great—but if you're passionate about fashion and eager to learn, we want to hear from you.

📍 Full-time, different locations available: onsite in our home office North Little Rock, Arkansas, on site in our Dallas Showroom, or onsite within our Atlanta Showroom.
Some seasonal travel for trade shows and fashion markets.
