Duties
Assist in the remodeling of store layouts to optimize product placement and enhance customer engagement. Maintain a clean and organized merchandising area, ensuring all displays are well-stocked and visually appealing. Possess the ability to lift and carry boxes. Comfort soliciting contact information from customers, upselling goods and services, encouraging impulse purchases. Proficient is using available technology. Availability to work a flexible schedule. Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
