Join the market team at Portico! We’re looking for friendly, energetic sales temps to help independent retailers find their next bestsellers at our Dallas Market Center showroom. Our biggest need is Gift Market, especially January 6–10!
Our sales temps are an essential part of our sales force, not just greeters! Welcome buyers, recommend products, answer questions, and use iPads to scan products and enter wholesale orders. It’s fast-paced, people-focused work with plenty of great products and personality.
The perks: Catered lunch daily, a Portico swag bag, and opportunities to purchase products at wholesale pricing through participating vendors!
January 2027 Schedule
Friendly, dependable, and comfortable starting conversations and making sales. You should be detail-oriented, ready to learn, and able to stand and move around the showroom for extended periods. Comfort using an iPad is important; being tech-savvy is a plus! Retail, wholesale, or showroom sales experience is welcome.
Dress code: Think brunch with friends! Stylish and put-together, with comfortable shoes for a busy day on your feet.
