We are seeking an experienced, motivated Wholesale Road Representative to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing an established, high-volume brand presence across retail accounts and boutiques. The position offers the opportunity to represent a well-established portfolio of sought-after brands within the wholesale market. Due to the scope and responsibility of the role, this is not an entry-level sales position. This position is based out of our Dallas showroom and requires travel approximately 15–16 weeks per year throughout the Southwest territory, including Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities • Travel within assigned territory to service existing accounts and develop new wholesale business • Present seasonal collections and assist buyers with product selections • Build strong relationships with boutique owners and key retail partners • Meet and exceed sales goals • Follow up on orders, reorders, and customer needs in a timely manner • Represent the brand professionally at trade shows, markets, and in-store appointments • Work major trade shows including Dallas Market, Las Vegas Market, and Coterie • Monitor industry and market trends to help identify growth opportunities • Maintain organized records of sales activity and account communication
• Minimum 1 year of wholesale sales experience required • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities • Comfortable traveling and working independently • Experience working with boutiques and specialty retail accounts preferred
