    Description:
    • Create visual concepts that communicate ideas based on different themes or industries
    • Develop layouts and production design for print and digital collateral including emails, signage, web assets, web banners, print advertisements
    • Help establish and apply Dallas Market Center’s brand standards across all marketing materials
    • Translate ideas and business requirements into engaging visual presentations and design solutions
    • Maintain, organize, and update archives of projects on group servers
    • Efficiently handle high-volume workload and ensure all deadlines are met
    • Other related duties as assigned

    Required Education:

    • Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design or related field preferred

    Required Experience:

    • 3-6 years of design experience (print and digital)
    • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    • Basic proficiency with HTML5/CSS3 for building emails and experience with HubSpot a plus
    • Experience with UX/UI design preferred
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Solid knowledge of fundamental design, typography, photography, and design trends
    • Strong time management abilities, and able to work with little supervision
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate problems when they arise
    • Must be able to receive constructive feedback from other team members and colleagues with an open mind
    • Knowledge of making print ready files
    • Willingness to learn things which are outside of your knowledge base

    Physical Requirements:

    • Office Environment – Ability to sit for vast majority of workday
    • Market Duties – Extended amounts of walking during shift

    What You’ll Do
    • Build, manage, and maintain physical and virtual servers in a VMware environment.
    • Design, configure, and administer Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server.
    • Support and secure Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and collaboration tools.
    • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software including switches, routers, and storage.
    • Oversee system security, compliance, upgrades, and patching with minimal downtime.
    • Manage websites, domains, and SSL certificates.
    • Perform and monitor backups, disaster recovery routines, and system documentation.
    • Automate tasks and streamline processes with PowerShell scripting.
    • Partner with Help Desk to resolve escalated issues and provide guidance.
    • Handle IT projects, user onboarding/offboarding, and other system administration duties as needed.
    • Provide occasional after-hours support when required.
    What We’re Looking For
    • 3–5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
    • Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
    • Experience managing VMware environments.
    • Proficiency in networking concepts and troubleshooting.
    • Skills in PowerShell and automation.
    • Solid understanding of system security best practices.
    • Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage projects independently.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems quickly and efficiently.
    • Capacity to stay calm under pressure.
    • Strong communication skills for user support and documentation.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience with Cisco Call Manager or other phone systems.
    • Familiarity with cloud services and hybrid environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
