Remedy is a Dallas-based wholesale fashion agency with our flagship showroom located on the 15th floor of the World Trade Center and brand new 3,600 square feet offices in the heart of the Design District, adjacent to the Dallas Contemporary and across from the very popular “Movement” climbing facility. Our offices are open and contemporary, allowing you to interact with your team members and to drive creativity! Sales Assistant – this is a full-time position perfect for someone who wants to get their feet wet in the fashion industry. The Remedy Group is bursting at the seams with opportunities and we are looking for the next superstar to join our team as a Sales Assistant!

Remedy is a Dallas-based wholesale fashion agency with our flagship showroom located on the 15th floor of the World Trade Center and brand new 3,600 square feet offices in the heart of the Design District, adjacent to the Dallas Contemporary and across from the very popular “Movement” climbing facility. Our offices are open and contemporary, allowing you to interact with your team members and to drive creativity!

We travel in two custom Mercedes-Benz mobile showrooms, designed for maximum efficiency and results as well as comfort and convenience to you and our customers.

We are a high-energy, sales-driven agency catering to the boutique retailer and department store customer, with a consumer in the 25-55 year old range. We represent mid-tier women’s fashion brands and some accessories, with products ranging from denim to dresses and most things in between.

Sales Assistant – this is a full-time position perfect for someone who wants to get their feet wet in the fashion industry. If you value creating relationships and enjoy helping others, this position is for you!

Qualifications & responsibilities include:

• Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines for multiple projects
• A team player who is committed to putting their best foot forward
• Previous experience in sales preferred
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Self-starter and independent thinker
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling ability to work effectively with customers and co-workers
• Ability to multi-task and react with flexibility, switch from one project to another without getting flustered
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment; comfortable with change
• Proficient in all Microsoft office programs, especially Excel and experience with Google Docs a plus
• Make thoughtful, smart decisions, even on the fly, with Remedy values at top of mind to ensure customer satisfaction and manufacturer confidence
• Work with a sense of purpose and urgency
