Amy Harper is executive vice president of marketing & retail development, leading strategic initiatives connecting retailers and brands across fashion, gift, home, design, and lifestyle industries since joining in 2001. Her career began in retail leadership roles at Gap Inc. and women's specialty stores. She also serves as President of the Fashion Group Foundation of Dallas and holds a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising and Business from Stephen F. Austin State University.

Cindy Morris is president and CEO of Dallas Market Center, joining in 1989 and rising through executive vice president of marketing, COO, and her current role since 2015. Under her leadership, DMC has driven strategic growth, international partnerships, and record customer loyalty among its 200,000+ customers. She holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas A&M University.

SVP, Leasing, Apparel & Accessories

Jill Cunningham is senior vice president of leasing for apparel and fashion accessories, overseeing strategy for men's, women's, children's, fine jewelry, and Western & English categories. Her team manages the largest women's/children's and western lifestyle marketplaces in the country, following her earlier buying career at Dillard's. In 2023, she was named a Woman to Watch at the Trade Show Executive Gold 100 Awards, and she holds a B.S. in Fashion Merchandising from the University of North Texas.

Promoted to EVP in 2019, he drives a smart-campus strategy using building automation, machine learning, and AI. Bachman studied Electrical Engineering at DeVry University and is a Cisco Certified Network Professional.

Dave Savula is executive vice president of leasing for gift, floral, design, lighting, and home, joining DMC as a consultant in 2022 before going full-time in 2024. With 30 years of experience, he held executive roles at Merchandise Mart Properties, AmericasMart, and International Market Centers, notably helping grow AmericasMart from $60M to $1.4B and leading its integration after acquisition by Blackstone. Savula holds a B.S. in Business from Georgia State University.

Marcum earned a B.S. in Accounting from Baylor University and is a CPA.

Carpenter holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a B.S. in Communication Studies from UT Austin.

Mitzi Tally is executive vice president of administrative services, overseeing lease administration, exhibitor services, trade show operations, HR, and legal/insurance administration. She joined in 1985 at the INFOMART before moving to Dallas Market Center in 1992, becoming EVP in 1995. Tally holds a B.S. from the University of Texas at Austin.
