Founded in 2019 by Gauri Sharma, Amara was built on the belief that objects made by hand, from natural materials, using techniques passed down across generations, are worth far more than a trend cycle. Every piece has a maker behind it and a tradition it belongs to. We work directly with artisan communities across India, where this craft is both a livelihood and a living cultural inheritance.
