The Opportunity:
We are looking for a top-notch, creative thinker, personable, and exceptional Design Concierge Specialist to assist our Trade customer channel.
At Bella Notte, we’re committed to providing an outstanding shopping experience to all new and existent customers.
As a Design Concierge Specialist, you will play a very critical role in helping our Interior Designers, Architects, Home Flippers, Hospitality and all trade with their projects.
You also will be responsible for helping Bella Notte achieve growth goals for this particular B2B channel.
You must have impeccable communication skills, strong time management capabilities, and a collaborative attitude. Our team members work closely together in an environment that fosters innovation, continuous growth, and cooperation.

The Role:
The Bella Notte Showroom Design Concierge Specialist serves as the first point of contact and on-call resource for all Trade customers via phone and emails and internal ticketing system (answer, follow-up, escalate when needed, and always resolve) in a timely manner.
You have an eye for design as you will be guiding designers and their clients on how Bella Notte will fit their dream living space.
Maintain the showroom style fresh and outstanding at all times.
Create a welcoming and positive environment for all showroom guests by responding with enthusiasm, warmth, professionalism, and a relentless pursuit of problem-solving.
Ability to manage projects and close sales in a timely manner required.
Connection and engagement with customers throughout the sales cycle, from prospect, closing sales, and re-prospecting.
Maintain a clear understanding of Bella Notte Linens policies on cancellations, damage, refunds, escalation processes.
Proactively and confidently take on challenges, research information, troubleshoot issues, and creatively deliver results. Support order processing when needed.
Quickly and accurately problem solve for any customer deliveries, transactions, or experiences that don’t go 100% as planned.
Work closely with our team across organizations (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Design team, Manufacture, and Website development team) on improving systems and processes for continuous improvement.
Work with production and fulfillment to ensure accurate execution of customer needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement that contributes to elevated customer experience.
Skillfully enforce policies and serve as the standard of consistency and accuracy for all Bella Notte processes.

Qualifications:
You truly enjoy helping people therefore, you genuinely care about customers.
Minimum 2 years of experience working with trade and sales in an e-commerce environment.
Technology Savvy.
Passionate about Design.
Work confidently with Excel and reporting.
Creative and Innovative.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and experiences.
You’re articulate and enthusiastic, excellent written, and verbal communication.
Attention to detail.
A quick learner.
Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment.
Team player with an ability and desire to work collaboratively.

Expectations:
36 hours work weekdays (except during show periods)
