The Showroom Manager will be responsible for managing and running our wholesale showroom in Dallas. This person should be well versed in sales, managing people, delivering exceptional customer service, and coach the team to respond to customers' requests and questions with technical product knowledge and finesse. Showroom Managers must be a strong leader and person who can drive up sales while leading the team to achieve their best. This person must also have knowledge of simple sales technology, such as Shopify ecommerce and POS System, as well as be willing to learn our App Dashboard for Clients. The Showroom Manager will also be responsible for all incoming and outgoing inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team by inspiring and motivating them to achieve targets and meet the standards required by the Company.
Supervise, train and assist employees like Sales Representatives and Retail Store Clerks in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions
Drive up sales and profit by proactively and reactively following up on leads and interacting with clients.
Provides updates, ideas, and actioning changes to showroom displays and stock.
Manage the Shopify POS System and the APP Dashboard for each client
Should always strive to achieve sales targets.
Communicates with suppliers, vendors, deliveries and manage all inventory.
Provide impeccable customer service, particularly for more challenging or complex customer needs.
Organize in-store events for all major markets and First Monday's
Take full ownership for managing the showroom.
Develop and maintain a schedule for employees and promotions centered on holiday sales and other cycles of seasons
Seek ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.

Prior retail and or showroom management experience a must

Proficient with Microsoft Office (very well versed in Excel), Google Drive and Shopify ecommerce websites
Proficient with Shopify POS System
Willingness to learn new systems
Strong interpersonal skills and very personable
Excellent organizational skills
Proficient in Merchandising products
Event Management Experience a major plus
