We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager in the Home Furnishings industry to help in building long-term relationships with clients.
Develop and execute strategies to nurture and grow existing key client accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market and propose relevant improvements to our offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
Some travel is required to attend trade shows and meet clients.
- 2-3 years of experience as a key account manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Pay: Based on experience.
