We are seeking enthusiastic and hard-working Independent Sales Representatives who are passionate about design, décor and sales to join our US sales team.
The Independent Sales Representative will be responsible for managing a large group of established accounts and generating qualified leads through prospecting and in-person customer visits when warranted.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Service and increase sales within the existing account base by building relationships and providing excellent service.
• Prospect and open new businesses through daily cold calling and e-marketing.
• Travel to select accounts for in-person sales calls and service each week.
• Develop extensive knowledge of Kavana Decor’ product line and our competitive advantage in the marketplace.
• Provide follow-up communications via marketing material.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• 3 years of previous inside Sales or outside sales experience, preferably within the consumer products/home décor industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills.
• Motivated to excel and build a long-term career with Kavana Decor
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred but not required.
