Job Requirements • Welcoming, customer-focused attitude • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Willingness to learn and engage in various tasks • Client service experience Job Responsibilities Receptionist • Greet customers • Answer phone and retrieve voicemails • Update vendor files • Showroom supplies procurement Market Set-up • Painting walls and/or fixtures • Ability to help move walls and/or fixtures • Lifting packages up to 40 lbs • Assemble fixtures/displays • Unpacking and pricing product • Labeling catalogs • Cleaning/sweeping/vacuuming as needed • Merchandising vendors display areas according to plan-o-gram During Market • Be aware of showroom presentation • Direct buyers to the appropriate salesperson • Create orders for buyers as needed • Assist with special tasks as they arise Days and hours will vary by season. |
