Regency International is a family-owned import company with over 60 years of expertise in the holiday and home décor industry. Our year-round showroom in the Dallas Market Center showcases our extensive product line and serves as a hub for our wholesale and retail clients.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Showroom Manager to oversee our year-round showroom at the Dallas Market Center. The ideal candidate will have a background in a related field, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate a passion for the home décor industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
* Work together with designers to coordinate and adjust items across the showroom.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
* Train and supervise showroom staff, ensuring high standards of performance.
* Handle sample inventory management, including receiving sample shipments and organizing stock across multiple displays/themes.
Qualifications:
* Experience in showroom management or a related field in the home décor or retail industry.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
* Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons and events.
Salary:
Salary is dependent on experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
Training:
Training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
