We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B eCommerce Sales Coordinator to optimize and drive sales through our wholesale B2B eCommerce platforms. This role will focus on engaging retailers, enhancing email marketing campaigns, updating website content to maximize conversions, and encouraging new sign-ups and website engagement. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• B2B eCommerce Growth: Develop strategies to increase retailer adoption of annemcgilvray.com and blakeroad.com, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Email Marketing & Campaign Optimization: Support sales managers in planning and executing strategic email campaigns to promote new brands, products, and special offers. Leverage A/B testing and performance analytics to refine content and improve conversion rates.
• Website Content Management: Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website layout, product descriptions, and promotional banners to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
• Customer Reactivation & Engagement: Proactively reach out to lapsed customers via personalized email and phone campaigns, re-engaging them with exclusive offers and updates.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and nurture leads, guiding them through the sign-up and purchasing process to convert them into active buyers.
• Data-Driven Sales Tracking: Monitor customer engagement metrics, campaign performance, and sales trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• CRM & Customer Insights: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and analyze behavioral data to develop targeted outreach strategies.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about eCommerce trends, vendor offerings, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.

Requirements:
• 1+ years of experience in B2B eCommerce sales, digital marketing, or wholesale sales.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce best practices, website optimization, and online conversion strategies.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Experience with wholesale marketplaces or online ordering platforms is a plus.
