| Agency Showroom is seeking to hire a Sales Rep with prior showroom or sales experience.
We are a leading Women's Accessories (wholesale) showroom since 2003, representing over a dozen top brands, with established accounts nationwide such as Anthropologie, Free People, and Nordstrom. We launched our 2nd location in Dallas (2022) and are working to add additional sales support there.
This role is responsible for assisting the sales team by supporting them in all aspects of daily showroom business, both at the showroom and at some trade shows. ALL staff have the same opportunity to grow with the company and can be promoted based on their achievements. Sales reps are responsible for sales with our already established better boutiques and majors across the nation, as well as opening new accounts and making valuable connections with important buyers. This role will be a mix of sales support and actual sales. Commissions are paid for all sales made, with a generous opportunity to achieve as many sales and as much commission as a person is motivated to achieve. The most ambitious team members enjoy the greatest financial rewards by far.
We are ONLY interested in a long term employee who is looking for a career and aims to advance to leadership roles like Lead Sales Representative, Sales Manager and Sales Director for example.
Most of our brands ( clients), accounts ( customers) and employees, have been with us 5-10+ years.
