This position is responsible for managing and driving sales growth with existing Key Accounts which includes maintaining and further developing strong customer relationships to grow account volume. Additionally, this role will grow sales through development of new accounts and of E-com business with these established and new brick & mortar accounts. Job Responsibilities: Identify opportunities in the marketplace to generate growth of our footwear brands Create a service distinction with our key retail partners through detailed account planning and a thorough understanding of our customer’s business. Meet and exceed assigned seasonal and annual sales targets (bookings and reorders) for the assigned group of accounts. Develop and successfully leverage cross-functional internal relationships (Customer Service, Sales Planning, Marketing, Credit, etc.). Work proactively and collaboratively with customers to properly leverage marketing programs including co-op initiatives, POS material and sales promotions. Understanding of E-commerce, digital marketing and social media is an asset. Create and present engaging product knowledge sessions for an in-store setting and via Microsoft Teams to educate and energize staff on the brands and product. Job Requirements, Skills, Travel Requirements: 5+ years' footwear sales experience or similar industry required. Local and overnight travel required. Occasional travel to Canada required annual sales meetings, travel and cost being supported. |
