Dallas Market Center is seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team! You will negotiate contracts and lease terms and serve as a technical and professional resource to internal and external customers.
Position Description:
- Effectively prepares contracts and leases and negotiates in the best interest of DMC
- Maintains strong attention to detail on all documents ensuring no mistakes
- Prepares accurate and timely lease related reporting
- Communicates effectively and efficiently with other DMC departments relative to various contract and lease related topics
- Acts as a knowledgeable and helpful resource to internal and external clients, prospects and DMC associates; is proactive, efficient and courteous
- Effectively manages entry of information into leasing system; provides end user technical assistance and support, and performs software upgrade testing and maintenance
- Assists with leasing projects including relocations as needed
- Assists with temporary leasing contracts when requested and as time allows
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years of Leasing and/or contract negotiation experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Office Environment- Ability to sit for vast majority of work shift
