Copywriter/Content Manager - Marketing

We are seeking a highly motivated team player to lead the planning, creation, and implementation of written and multimedia marketing content for Dallas Market Center. The position will create compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, thought leadership, and business goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing and storytelling, a strong understanding of marketing principles, and a proven track record of developing and executing projects and campaigns. Content will include work for print and digital in support of the entire marketing team.
- Develop and implement a content marketing schedule that supports the overall marketing objectives of Dallas Market Center.
- Lead the creation and execution of high-quality marketing content, including but not limited to articles, blog posts, sales materials, multimedia presentations, email campaigns, press releases and video scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to ensure that content aligns with the brand and supports business goals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to marketing content, and continuously evaluate and improve content marketing processes and strategies.
- Research and source ideas and concepts; monitor competitive content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent written, editorial, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing content and adjust strategies as needed.
